Tisanes are a wonderful way of getting natural herbal extracts into your body, without having to take capsules or powders. They are gentle but effective, they taste great, plus there's nothing quite like a hot cup of tea (or tisane).

How do I use it?

Instructions:

Infuse a heaped teaspoon of tisane in hot water for 5-15 minutes. Strain and drink up to three cups a day.

Alternatively, infuse herbs with hot water, cover and leave to cool for several hours. Once cool, strain and drink. Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
