What is it?

Description:

Breathe is a light and floral, caffeine-free herbal tisane designed to relieve sinus congestion and support the immune system. All of the ingredients are 100% natural. Nothing artificial, no fillers, just delicious herbs!

Breathe is available loose or in biodegradable Soilon® teabags.

How do I use it?

Instructions:

Add a heaped teaspoon (or teabag) of the tisane to hot (just off boiling) water and let the tisane infuse for 5-15 minutes. Drink up to 3 cups a day.

You can use a teapot and strainer, a cafetiere or one of our infusers.

*Holly's Tip* Add a squeeze of lemon juice to the tisane. The dark purple colour turns to a lovely pink and you're getting vitamin C!

Elderflower, rosehip, echinacea, nettle, marshmallow leaf.

• Echinacea can support the immune system to help combat infections.
• Elderflower can reduce fevers and help the nose and throat increase resistance to infection.
• Marshmallow is soothing and can help to relieve dry coughs.
• Nettle has anti-allergenic properties and can cleanse and detoxify.
• Rosehip is packed with vitamin C and antioxidants to support the immune system.

Packaging:

The pouch is made from Kraft paper lined with a PE lining, they are heat-sealed and recyclable. These are renewable resources and while technically recyclable, there are currently no facilities in the UK recycling these mixed materials.

Manufactured in a facility that handles nuts.
