What it is?
Cocoa & Chilli is a grown-up 'hot chocolate' blend, perfect for stoking your fire through the frosty months! All of the ingredients are 100% natural. Nothing artificial, no fillers, just delicious herbs!

How do I use it?
Add a heaped teaspoon (of the tisane to hot (just off boiling) water and let the tisane infuse for 5-15 minutes. Drink up to 3 cups a day.
You can use a teapot and strainer, a cafetiere or one of our infusers.
*Holly's Tip* Try adding a touch of peppermint or vanilla to this blend.
What's in it?
Ingredients: Cacao nibs*, cacao husks*, chocolate malt, carob pods, chilli.
*Contains caffeine and/or theobromine.
How Cocoa & Chilli Tisane can support the body:
- Cocoa nibs are lightly roasted, fermented and crushed cocoa beans, with very high levels of antioxidants and a dark chocolate flavour.
- Cacao husks are roasted shells of cacao pods and packed with nutrients and antioxidants as well as a delicate chocolate aroma. As a by-product, they are usually discarded, but we don't believe in waste!
- Chillis contain capsaicin and antioxidants and their sweet and smoky flavour pairs perfectly with chocolate. Chillis also benefit digestion and metabolism.
- Chocolate malt is a roasted barley with deep, bittersweet coffee and chocolate flavours. Commonly used in porter and stout brewing.
- Carob pods are rich in tannins and antioxidants. The dried pod of a type of bean, they are often used as a healthy chocolate substitute.

Packaging:
The pouch is made from Kraft paper lined with a PE lining, they are heat-sealed and recyclable. These are renewable resources and while technically recyclable, there are currently no facilities in the UK recycling these mixed materials.
Manufactured in a facility that handles nuts.

How spicy is it?
The chilli gives a warming tingle, it won't blow your head off! The longer you leave this blend to infuse, the stronger the spice will be.
