What is it?

A fruity yet mellow blend of pure essential oils to balance hormones, mood and energy.

Essential oils have many therapeutic benefits and are free from artificial or chemical perfumes, preservatives and other potentially harmful substances, such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs).

The blue glass bottles are equipped with a dropper.

How do I use it?

Add a few drops to an oil burner or diffuser.

The Essential Oils:

• Rose geranium
• The floral aroma can help to lift mood and calm nerves.
• Steam distilled from the aerial parts of the plant.
• Pink grapefruit
• A fresh and zesty aroma is invigorating and can help to ease worries.
• Cold pressed from grapefruit peel.
• Lavender
  • Lavender is calming and relaxing and commonly associated with sleep.
  • Steam distilled from the flowers, leaves and stalks.
• Cedarwood
• Cedarwood has a sweet, woody and earthy aroma and can calm the nervous system and promote sleep.
• Steam distilled from the bark of the tree.
• Sage
  
  • Sage has a strong, herbaceous scent and can promote mental clarity and ease tension.
  • Steam distilled from the leaves.

Cautions:

• Essential oil blends are concentrated and should not be applied to the skin undiluted. If this occurs wash skin well with water and soap.
• Do not ingest. If this occurs seek medical advice.
