Strawberry & Lemon Verbena - Summer's Seasonal Edition

Description 

Summer's seasonal blend from Holly Botanic is a cooling, fruity infusion designed to help you beat the heat. Delicious hot or iced, this tisane is like a stroll with a British summer garden.

A tailored blend of nervines and diaphoretics, this blend stimulates circulation to the skin, lowering body temperature, while relaxing and calming tissues, reducing internal heat.

100% herbs, no flavourings, preservatives or additives.

Directions 

Add a heaped teaspoon (of the tisane to hot (just off boiling) water and let the tisane infuse for 5-15 minutes. Drink up to 3 cups a day. Cover while infusing.

For a cold brew, infuse a strong batch with hot water. Allow to cool and add ice to serve.

You can use a teapot and strainer, a cafetiere or one of our infusers.

*Holly's Tip* This blend is perfect for frozen treats! Infuse the tisane, pour into ice lolly moulds with chopped up strawberries or other fruit and freeze.

Ingredient Details

• Strawberry is, for many, the taste of British summer! Sweet, fragrant and full of antioxidants and vitamins.
• Lemon verbena has a mellow cirtus aroma and is wonderfully aromatic. It is calming, relaxing for the nervous system and can aid digestion. 
• Hibicus has a tart, fruity flavour and is packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. It is cooling, soothing and can beneficial for blood pressure.
• Rose is another British summer staple. The delicately fragrant petals cool and calm while reducing inflammation.
  
• Calendula petals are sunshine yellow and this flower is an all-round health and wellbeing superstar. It benefits digestion, detox, healing and inflammation.
• Peppermint is cooling and refreshing. As a diaphoretic, it helps lower body temperature. The touch of menthol adds as 'icy' feel to this blend.

The pouches are made from full recyclable PE. They are heat sealed and resealable. The labels are paper. There is no need to separate the labels and pouches for recycling. The paper burns off in the PE recycling process.
