 How do I use it?

Instructions:

 Add a heaped teaspoon of loose tisane to a teapot, cafetiere or infuser and steep in hot water for 5-15 minutes. Strain and drink up to three cups a day.

Alternatively, infuse herbs with hot water, cover and leave to cool for several hours. Once cool, strain and drink. Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Packaging:

The tisane pouches ares made from Kraft paper lined with a PE lining, they are heat-sealed and recyclable. These are renewable resources and while technically recyclable, there are currently no facilities in the UK recycling these mixed materials.

The gift box is cardboard with a magentic closure and inside is tissue paper.

Do the tisanes contain caffeine?

Energise and Cocoa and Chilli both contain caffeine and theobromine. All of the other blends are caffeine-free.
